Guidelines to follow:

• Transferring purchase volumes towards supportive Octo vendors is encouraged, recommended and beneficial.
• Honour suppliers' terms given to Octo (image and credibility are important to Octo members).
• Undertake to keep confidential all components of Octo’s rebate book including all documents concerning negotiations, agreements with suppliers and membership.
• Send members' financial statements to Octo 's auditor every year to insure membership stability and reliability.
• Attending Octo’s general meetings.
