Administration

Octo's team consists of 9 permanent employees, who take part in the following administrative tasks:

  • Rebates are processed twice a month.
  • Several reports are produced monthly for all members individually.
    * Your business information is kept confidential and not shared with other members.
  • Suppliers' individual programs, rebate binders, condense rebate documentation is all provided to you.
  • Preparation of all negotiation review meetings and general assemblies.
  • Being your host and looking after the organization of the 2 general assemblies held in Gatineau/Ottawa.
  • Conduct and organize 4 to 6 Executive board conference calls per year.
  • Constant membership recruitment.
