 Following numerous discussions and meetings over the last 2 years between OCTO and IMARK, we are pleased to announce a strategic alliance between our 2 organizations.  Please find attached the announcement letter.

 IMARK Group, the most important in his segment in North America, with more than 1,000 members, represents a buying volume exceeding $16 Billion.

 This alliance which has been approved by OCTO's board of directors, at our last conference call, could offer you the opportunity to benefit from rebate programs in the electrical and lighting segments.  These programs will be administered with the same transparency and integrity as your current programs and will better position OCTO against competitors seeking growth.

 The first stage of this alliance, in 2016, will consist of recruitment and program negotiation in order to familiarize ourselves with IMARK members and suppliers. This will be followed in 2017, with the joint administration of IMARK Canada.
